Spring Flavours of Lake Country Returns!
The spring is a special time of year in Orillia & Lake Country. As we look forward to the harvest of a new season, our chefs get busy bringing new and inspired farm-fresh dishes to the table. The popular culinary event, Spring Flavours of Lake Country, is one of the ways foodies can look forward to the freshness of a new season in our region.
Running for two weeks from April 21 to May 7, Flavours offers a unique way to tour our exciting culinary scene. During the program, participating restaurants offer exclusive 2-3 course prix fixe menus with a unique spring feature, emphasizing fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. This season brings over a dozen participating restaurants to the program lineup across Orillia, Oro-Medonte, Severn, and Rama First Nation.
New to the program, this season will see an exciting expansion to our menu tiers, allowing for even more fine-dining experiences. Diners will be able to choose from Casual ($15 to $25 per person), Fine-dining ($30 to $45 per person), or Elite ($50+ per person) menus, and explore a wider variety of culinary services.

In Rama and Ramara: St. Germain’s Steakhouse and Pier One Bistro & Bar.
Flavours is not only an event for the patrons but also for the chefs. It gives them the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and try something new.
