Hosted by Rebecca Bolden Rebecca offers a yoga practice exploring a balance between strength and surrender that is suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat and any props you may find helpful like a block or two. This class is outdoors, so dress for the weather and if it goes sideways, class will be cancelled. Join us on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 as we paddle Gloucester Pool and Little Lake starting from the Big Chute Marine Railway to Port Severn Park in support of cancer, Everyone is welcome to register or donate, Please help us reach our fundraising goal of $25,000.00.
