What spectators can expect at our 173rd Fall Fair. ODAS Park provides an close-up look at the rural, agricultural world to an increasingly urban population. The Coldwater Fair is a local agricultural celebration held the last full weekend each September. Bring the family to enjoy the Magical Midway, agricultural exhibitions, vendors, entertainment and more! The Demolition Derby will be held Friday, September 22 at 7pm. The Coldwater Fall Fair is an Alcohol Free Event No Dogs will be allowed on the property except for service animals, those exhibiting in the fair.
