Severn Winterfest
The fourth nearly-annual Severn Winterfest will be held Friday February 9th from 6-10pm and Saturday February 10th from 10am-6pm followed by our ice bar dance at 9pm at Orillia & District Agricultural Society (ODAS Park). Many great events are in the works including a demolition derby, ice bar, ice skating, lumitalos, pancake breakfast, giant snow slide, wagon rides, magician and face painting, and chainsaw carving. Flow in the snow for a good cause. This is an outdoor 'karma' yoga class held at the historic Leacock Museum grounds. Participation is by cash donation of any amount. All proceeds will greatly benefit The Sharing Place Food Centre. Dress warmly as you would to go tobogganing or skiing. No mats required.
