See You on the Patio, all summer long

Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
It’s not summertime in downtown Orillia without the much-awaited return of See You on the Patio. Take in the fresh, lake country air while you dine at some of the Sunshine City’s most wanted culinary hotspots. This popular, weekly event sees select downtown Orillia streets closed for extended patios for an alfresco, European-style dining experience.

Sweet Summer Dessert Festival
June 24, 10 am to 5 pm
A festival in celebration of all things sweet! On June 24 downtown Orillia streets will be closed from 10am to 5pm with some of the best local dessert vendors you can find, featuring an array of bakers, live music, and a sweet treat competition!

Orillia Farmers’ Market Night Market
July 7 and 21
By popular demand, The Orillia Farmers’ Market returns with three summer evening markets during downtown Orillia street closures. Shop for the unique, homemade, and freshly made goodies while you enjoy open-air, extended patios and storefronts during See You on the Patio. Mariposa Folk Festival Downtown Stage

Orillia’s largest festival is once again featuring Mariposa Folk Festival’s showcase winners on the FREE Downtown Stage! 23rd Annual Classic Car Show

A jaw-dropping collection of over 300 classic cars line the Downtown streets! Enjoy live entertainment, great dining, shopping, and the largest car show in the region! Pre-registration for those who wish to feature their vehicles is available now at downtownorillia.ca.
Cinema in the Courtyard
August 23
Night number two of Cinema in the Courtyard! Enjoy a free movie with confection and food options from local downtown merchants, a family craft with the Orillia Public Library, and free popcorn!
