Soldiers’ Ride – Go the Distance for Healthcare Excellence
Soldier's Ride

Soldiers’ Ride, presented by TD Bank Group, is an annual cycling event, designed to challenge and inspire riders of all levels while supporting the greatest needs at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. This year’s event takes place on Sunday June 7th, 2026. Riders can chose three distance options—30km, 50km, or 100km.

Starting at Quayle’s Brewery, cyclists set off through the stunning landscapes of North Simcoe and Muskoka. Whether you are here for a leisurely ride or pushing for a personal best, you’ll be surrounded by some of the most picturesque scenery Ontario has to offer.

Ride for a Cause Through Ontario’s Most Beautiful Landscapes

Every day, delivering exceptional healthcare requires ongoing investment in advanced equipment, staff training, and modern infrastructure, yet not all of these essential elements are covered by government funding. Community support plays a vital role in ensuring our hospital can meet the growing healthcare needs of the region. That is where Soldiers’ Ride comes in.

The Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation connects the generosity of our community with the healthcare needs of the region, bringing exceptional care, leading-edge equipment, and innovation closer to home. Every gift helps strengthen healthcare across Simcoe County and Muskoka, ensuring patients can access compassionate, high-quality care when and where they need it most.
