From singing bowls to hand drummers, live concerts and children’s activities, the Friends of Wye Marsh “Marsh Melodies” offers a jam packed afternoon of family fun on September 13th – all included with the REGULAR PRICE OF ADMISSION!
Join in the festivities at the Wye Marsh Centre, near Midland, as they celebrate the Grand Opening of their new HAM/JAM Raptor Enclosure at 12 pm, followed by a performance by the Zhaawani-Noodin Hand Drummers from Georgian Bay Native Friendship Centre, and a live Birds of Prey Demo. Then, wander the trails from 1-4 pm to discover talented musicians, children’s activities, a face painter, tasty treats and a fundraising BBQ by the Penetanguishene Lions Club.
