Gear Up for Bike Fest at Horseshoe Valley Resort

If your perfect summer weekend includes dirt trails, downhill thrills, and an incredible community atmosphere, Bike Fest at Horseshoe Valley Resort belongs on your calendar. Returning July 10–12, 2026, this three-day celebration brings together riders of all ages and abilities for a weekend packed with racing, riding, demos, and family-friendly fun.

Whether you are tackling the trails for the first time or chasing podium finishes, Bike Fest has something for everyone. The weekend kicks off Friday evening with an exciting Kids Downhill Race followed by the always crowd-pleasing Slopestyle Competition. Saturday features the adrenaline-filled Downhill Race, while Sunday wraps up with the fast-paced Dual Slalom Race.

Beyond the competition, visitors can explore the Vendor Village, test the latest bikes and gear, browse Bateman’s Bike Swap, or join the free SCMBC Social Ride through the scenic Copeland Forest. Looking to improve your skills? RADCO’s “Taste of the Park” and “Next Level Jumping” clinics offer expert coaching for riders looking to build confidence and progress on the trails.

There is plenty happening off the bike too. Take on the Lap Challenge to see how many runs you can complete throughout the weekend, or hunt for hidden Project 321 hubs during the resort-wide scavenger hunt for a chance to win a premium prize.

Friday, July 10 – Opening Day

Kick off the weekend by watching the next generation of riders and some of the sport’s biggest talents.

  • 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Athlete Check-In
  • 5:00 p.m. – Kids Downhill Race
  • 6:00 p.m. – Slopestyle Competition

Saturday, July 11 – Race Day & Festival Fun

Saturday is packed with racing, clinics, shopping, and activities for riders and spectators alike.

  • 9:00 – 11:15 a.m. – Downhill Race Athlete Check-In
  • 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Free SCMBC Guided Social Ride through Copeland Forest (meet on the Après Patio)
  • 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Vendor Village & Product Demos
  • 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Bateman’s Bike Swap
  • 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Downhill Race Practice
  • 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – RADCO Clinics (Taste of the Park & Next Level Jumping)
