Time flies when you’re brewing good beer!
It seems like yesterday that we were renovating this historical building, brainstorming brews, and crafting the brand. But believe it or not, half of a decade has passed since our doors opened to the public — we’re officially 5!
We’re celebrating the occasion on Sunday, June 8th with a beer tasting bonanza! Brewers Rama and Evan, and Operations Manager Maddie will lead you through a sensory exploration of a curated CCBC 5-beer flight. Dive deep into what makes each beer uniquely delicious, and makes us the award-winning brewery we are!
Chef Nick and his kitchen team have devised a delicious selection of bites that pair with each individual brew in your flight, including a slice of succulent chocolate cake – it is a birthday party after all!
