About the event
Welcome to Sip & Stretch Yoga at the Brewery, hosted by Jennie-May! A one-hour yoga class hosted in Higher Ground complete with your choice of one of Couchiching Craft Brewing Co.’s craft beers or a 5oz glass of one of our great Ontario wines included in the ticket price!
All experience levels are welcome to join!
