Welcome to the 45th annual Orillia Scottish Festival! The Orillia Scottish Festival was founded by Duncan Fleming of the Orillia Branch 34 Pipes and Drums in 1978, the Orillia Scottish Festival is the longest continuously running festival in Orillia…except for during COVID-19 of course!
