For years, Travis Shilling had a dream of creating the ultimate land acknowledgment: permanent easels located in the sacred spots where his family learned to paint. From a dream to reality, the first six sites* are now standing proudly along the shores of Lake Couchiching and the magical Black River. This project is dedicated to the artists of the past, present, and future.
