THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
Your transportation to and from the event is your sole responsibility. Carpooling with other individuals attending is highly recommended. We will send out an email once registration is complete with a list for participants to sign up for or offer carpooling.
We will meet at the main lodge at the ticketing booth for check-in and gear pick-up at 11:00 PM SHARP.
Lessons start every hour on the hour so you will be ready to go for lessons at noon.
While we will attend the resort as a group, we are not all expected to ski the same run and will separate based on skills and comfort level. We suggest after the lessons, you find a partner and connect so you can have a friendly face to try all things skiing with.
*BGOW is a black, queer, femme founded and operated organization*

Once we receive your payment confirmation, an email will be sent to you asking to confirm information re boot size, height, weight, age, skill level, etc., whether you’ll be skiing or snowboarding so that gear can be coordinated in advance of arrival.

THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE PURCHASE.
Photography Consent
Waivers and photography consent will be provided upon registration. We capture images of our events to ensure folks can see themselves represented in different outdoor activities.
