The “Orillia Concert Band”, under the direction of Randy Hoover, is proud to present “Frank Sinatra Comes Home to Orillia!” with special guest, internationally awarded tribute artist Rick Stephenson (www.HisSinatra.com).
Rick Stephenson’s professional career started in Orillia with the formation of his first big band in 1989, called “Endangered Species Big Band”! Over the years the big band grew into the “Rick Stephenson and His Orchestra” where Rick was the leader, singer and played the trombone. When Rick moved into retirement in 2018 he still wanted an outlet for his musical talents. His experience with big band music and singing led him to become a Frank Sinatra tribute artist, which in only five short years, Rick is winning awards for his class and polish emulating Ol’ Blue Eyes. Rick, who retired in 2018 and moved with his wife Cathy to Kingsville to be closer to family, is truly coming home with this concert. He can’t wait to bring his Frank Sinatra tribute show to his friends and fans in Orillia.

The Orillia Concert Band is excited to accompany Rick Stephenson and between Rick’s acts the OCB will play some dusted off tunes from the OCB library that never seem to fit “themed” concerts, but are gems on their own.
We recommend you purchase your tickets early as we anticipate this concert selling out. Due to the anticipated sell out, tickets may not be available at the door.
The concert is on May 11th, at 7:30, at St. Paul’s Centre in Orillia (62 Peter Street North, Orillia).

Doors open at 6:30 and refreshments (beer, wine & soft drinks) and snacks can be purchased from the bar in the lobby pre-show and at intermission.
