PART ONE
– Welcome Beverage 2x The Balancing Way Protein Bites
– Select your very own Tumbled Quartz Crystal from My Moon Collective to hold throughout the retreat and take home with you.
– Chakra Meditation: Immerse yourself in a tranquil chakra meditation session, designed to restore balance and harmony within your mind, body, and spirit.
– Chakra Yoga Flow Class: Flow through a chakra-inspired yoga practice to align your energy centers and promote holistic well-being. Beginner yogis welcome!
PART TWO
– Equestrian Connection: Enjoy a meet and greet session with the beautiful horses, Peyote and Bud.
– Experience the therapeutic effects of spending time with these gentle beings and feel your stress melt away. Guided by the amazing Leah Lalonde, Psychotherapist, MSW-ITR Equine Facilitated Learning.
– Finish with a tour of the beautiful Barn and it’s surroundings. You may even meet some chickens along the way.
PART THREE
– DIY Chakra Salad Jar Workshop: Get creative and take home two of your own layered salad jars, each infused with vibrant colors and nourishing ingredients corresponding to the seven chakras.
– Customize your salads with your choice of dressings and delicious toppings, and either share them with your loved ones or savor them yourself while soaking in the serene surroundings of the farm.
