Enjoy a hot stone restore class that “bathes” you in stones, blankets and gentle touch for 90 minutes. Limited space for lots of attention!
Treat yourself to a magical experience. This speciality class consists of deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body. This process fosters an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured.

Cancellation Policy:
These classes often selling out quickly at the time of release. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 1 week from date of class. The classes fill up fast and as a result many people make other plans, thus not filling the spot (that would have otherwise be filled). Thank you for your understanding.
