Each year, Hospice Orillia hosts free community memorial events; Garden of Remembrance and Candles of Remembrance. Each of the events is unique in its own way providing community members the opportunity to come together to remember those no longer with us. The 2025 Candles of Remembrance Ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 27th, 2025 at Creative Nomad Studios. This year in addition to our gathering in person, we will also be providing the community with the opportunity to add their loved ones’ photo and a message on our memorial wall (you do not need to be attending the ceremony in person to utilize our Memorial Wall). Please note the 2025 memorial wall will begin on October 30th.
