Join us at 5pm on Friday, June 12th for Pride Yoga, vinyasa based yoga class taught by Sarah Melody, founder of Anahata Yoga from the Heart, hosted at Sol to Soul located at 8 Peter Street South Orillia. Please note there are stairs to access the studio.
Get centered and zen with us before coming down to celebrate at the Lake Country Pride on the Patio event. Vinyasa flow practice where all yoga experiences are welcome including beginners!
Class taught by Sarah Melody (she/her) self identifies as queer, small business owner, mom, wife and active community member.
Tickets are $20 each, with all proceeds going to support Lake Country Pride.
