A Historic Setting with a Dark Side
Built in the 1800s, the Coldwater Mill has a long and storied history, but its dark reputation grew in the 1920s with the arrival of the Draven family, whose bizarre exhibits and mysterious disappearances fueled local legends.Today, visitors report eerie encounters and ghostly sightings, keeping the Dravens’ haunting presence alive in the mill’s shadowed halls. The event’s popular Marble Orchard – a creative outdoor cemetery display – adds to the atmosphere. Lanterns flicker across weathered headstones while costumed characters weave through the mist, making it feel like the spirits of Coldwater’s past have truly come to life.

Whether you’re a die-hard Halloween enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable night out, the Haunted Mill offers something unique: an authentic historic site transformed into an unforgettable theatrical experience.
