SUMMARY:Magical\, Mystical Mushrooms Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Mushrooms come in different sizes\, shapes and colours\, and they can appear overnight\, covering lawns\, meadows\, woods\, and wetlands.  Mushrooms grow on both living and dead matter\, and they often form mutually beneficial relationships with other living flora.  Some are edible and others are not – learning the differences between the two is important! \n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, participants will learn to identify mushrooms by examining spore colour\, gill attachment\, and growth substrate. DESCRIPTION:Stretch it out\, join us for this 60 min class to strengthen hips and shoulders while soaking up the beautiful scenery at Quayle’s Brewery with Sarah Melody from Anahata Yoga. \nTake time to tune into your body\, mind\, and breath.  In this gentle vinyasa practice we will flow through Sun Salutations\, Warrior pose and balance work. Beginners welcome! \nClass will be held outside in front of our hop fields for the stretch portion from 10:30-11:30 am\, after finding your centre you’ll then finish with a beer on the patio. \nTickets are $28 plus tax & fees. This is a 19+ event. \nEach ticket includes yoga\, and a full pour of beer. Bring your own yoga mat.
