This one-hour program is open to individuals living with dementia and their care partners. Care partners are welcome to attend on their own; however\, for safety reasons\, participants living with dementia must be accompanied by at least one care partner unless otherwise approved by program coordinators. \nThe program follows a flexible drop-in format\, so there’s no need to commit to all five weeks—join us on the dates that work best for you.
