A trust flow to surrender and to let go. \n\nThe Spa at Rawley Resort Experience \n\n\nSpa experience after lunch with a scheduled session with the spa team to enjoy our treatment including an Eminence organic stone crop facial\, a healing and brightening treatment using heated pebble stone to warm and relax the facial muscles and a sole delight foot ritual to bring harmony from above and below. During the afternoon you will also have access to outdoor hot tub\, red cedar barrel sauna and a hot drink around the fire pit. \n\nHot Stone Yoga Session \n\n\nTo complete your day with a full moon hot stone restorative yoga session. Continuing the warmth of hot stones energized by the recent moon. Nurturing your nervous system to help you drop into your body. This practice includes 4-5 long held restorative poses in which warm lava stones are strategically placed on the body. Basalt stones  symbolize transformation and new beginnings\, anchor you to the earth and elevate your vibration. \nSoulful Meal \nA soulful meal not only delights the taste buds but also nourishes the mind\, body\, and spirit. It goes beyond satisfying hunger\, incorporating comfort\, nostalgia\, and emotional well-being.
