DESCRIPTION:Rain or shine!!\nThere are 2 “tried and true” lavender cultivars available for sale in 4 inch pots ! \nSuper Blue\nEnglish Lavender (Angustifolia)\nA prolific early bloomer that is shorter stemmed\, brilliantly filled with deep blue- purple buds and great for culinary use while drying to perfection\nIt also produces a second bloom in late Autumn \nPhenomenal\nFrench long stemmed lavender (intermedia)\nAmazing long stems filled with vibrant strong smelling buds\nGreat to dry and use for making sachets\nWinters well in Oro Medonte! \nAnd if you were at the farm last year and saw all of our giant yellow flowers that most people thought were sun flowers\, we have the very prolific “Cup Plant” aka the native plant SILPHIUM PERFOLIATUM\nThis plant has been growing at the farm for decades and is a valuable habitat and water source for all pollinators!! \nOur farm shop will also be open!
