Putting the Fun in Fundraiser! The Orillia Concert Band along with the Orillia Big Band is proud to present a musical concert fundraiser in support of Hillcrest Lodge. The Orillia Concert Band will play some popular standards, like Poet and the Peasant and Blue Moon; and the Orillia Big Band will play some big band dance music, like Spain and That’s All. This is a very worthy cause in great need. Hillcrest Lodge was founded in 2008 for the purpose of providing housing to low-income, marginalized seniors and has become home for 30 very happy residents. The lodge provides bachelor apartments, two nutritious meals a day and a companionable community. This facility is unique in Canada. Come on out Orillia! Let’s see how much we can raise for our seniors while having a bang-up toe-tapping evening!
The “Hillcrest Lodge Fundraising Concert” concert is at 7:30 on October 21st at St. Paul’s Centre, 62 Peter Street North. You may purchase advance tickets at the link below:

Ticket prices:
Adult – $20
Senior (60 plus) or Post Secondary Students – $15
Youth (6 to 18) – $10
Children under 6 – free
Tickets will also be available at the door (cash only).
All proceeds and donations collected for this concert will be 100% provided to Hillcrest Lodge. A big thank you to the Community Foundation of Orillia and Area who approved a grant to pay for the costs of putting on this concert!
